@mlight6845

Yes! Right now there are numbers, which is abstract, not linked to a person with feelings, hopes & dreams, and loved ones left in the wake .

@juliettesymonette56

If I walk into a business and the employees aren't wearing masks I'm leaving.

More ACTION to rid Society
of Coronavirus
........??????

@sunyellow703

We need to see and hear the stories of all who have suffered and died from this. Otherwise they will get swept under the rug.i know their names and faces need to be respected, and remembered.

@desertportal5517

Seriously? There are laws about pictures of people dying - HIPPA laws. How about checking those drone pics of coffins being buried in trenches? Art is one way to get this across. But you DO NOT have my permission to photograph me suffering and dying from CV19 if that should happen and the law is on my side - dead or alive.

@maryerichardson8302

Another aspect of this issue are the individual stories of pain and suffering that have been hidden behind just speaking of numbers. Numbers provide distance from the human suffering.

@TypeOneg

Oh, they're supposed to be taking photos ? Huh.

@kathleenbren1523

6 corporate owned news monoliths preventing these pictures really the reason. We would still be in Vietnam if things in news were then like they are now.

@kpepperl319

It's because we have HIPAA laws... Once you are in the hospital, no family members to take pictures, healthcare professionals cannot take pictures. That's why we don't have pictures of victims, unless they can take pictures of themselves.

@tellthetruthna8523

I have seen many compelling images of the human suffering of C19. The problem is that a large swath of the American public believes lies over what their own eyes are seeing. "It's a hoax." "These are crisis actors." We have entered the dystopian vision of George Orwell where rhetoric and propaganda trump truth.

@Maddie9185

Yes a picture is worth thousands words. I saw pictures of from a hospital morgue and the freezers in a hospital in NJ, it’s awful. Unfortunately those who think that it’s all a hoax will say that it’s photoshopped.

@vincentv8302

AIDS is a good example, for instance as the LGBT community were effected more with deaths of people. So their love ones posted a picture of them in their local newspaper where an obituary section was created. It was to bring awareness and show a face and a brief story of the person that died from the Aids Virus. It made it more real and many responded with much empathy and sympathy for the dying, it brought on deeper realization. The same can be done with the Covid19 deaths of good people....

@gruberjohn1

So many people think corona suffering is fake news.

@nkogneetow9898

We shouldn't have to show pics of people who just died or are dying. For many families, this just happened. What the hell is wrong with people?

@Msgo4more

Since Covid-19, I am more attracted to The Day of the Dead pictures and fashions

@cmac7384

This is difficult subject but this person is on point people don't believe this is happening photographs would help. Not convince everyone but help.
