Sleep is the MOST important thing, you grow when you sleep, teenagers MUST sleep 9-11 hours, 8 hours is acceptable, but sleeping more than 8 is better, and you MUST avoid sleeping late, as bad sleep reduces the amount of hgh hormone or others enzymes secretion. So I suggest sleeping before 10 pm to 9:30 pm for those who have to go to school at 6 to 7 pm, and for those who are in day shift sleeping before 11 pm is fine.
