Shadcn being called a CSS framework was not on my bingo board
jquery with these went hard
Skip the framework and use sub-atomic styles: Open-Props
Me who writes all css without any framework π
touch-screen mobile start popping out in late 2000s everywhere, before that, css sometimes doesnt even enabled in keypad mobile phone especially 2002-2005 phones, so you would see only html from those phones, yes i am old.
Im definitely gonna us shadcnui in my next app It looks awesome
ah shadcn/UI is not a css framework π€ correct me if I'm wrong
Tailwind: simplistic, gets stuff done fast, and compatible with Nuxt Just how I like it π
That last one looks like YouTube. YouTube's UI sucks so hard. I hope that was just accidentally a really bad representation of it, but I find that unlikely.
My first thought when I saw the first screenshots of Blueprint: how I created my first table-based website in Microsoft Frontpage. It's a shame that I don't have a backup of it. Or maybe it's better that way. π
I LOVE SHADCN/UIIII β€β€β€
NAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, HTML+CSS BEST, NO FRICKING JS SPYWARE
Materialize CSS/Bootstrap/Bulma + Material Icons by Marella + Tailwind CSS + React+ Bun.js = AWESOME!
Jquery still ππ in 2025 β€
Bootstraps grid still the best
I still be using the basic css, havenβt had a reason to use the other types for my projects. The other types are interesting though.
I always thought 960gs predated Blueprint but nope Blueprint was first.
styled-components
If I see the death of HTTP, HTML, CSS, and JS, replaced by marginally better ideas, in my lifetime... at least then I'll know the web devs aren't doomed.
