It's amazing and slightly disappointing how much work went into making this world feel alive, when the actual NPCs you encounter on the streets feel so lifeless. The biggest complaint I had with GTA 5 is that you can hardly interact with NPCs outside of assaulting them. I would like to be able to form friendships/relationships with individual NPCs, or have short conversations with them, or interact with them in any other way besides punching/shooting
