"Change is Hard" – I can definitely relate to this, especially when I tried to change my lifestyle to become a better person. Even though there are many things that could help me improve, like joining a yoga class, eating healthier, learning music, or trying a new sport, I realized I wouldn't pursue any of these until I admitted to myself that something needed to change. The same applies to the workplace. For change to happen, whether it's in our personal habits or within a team, we must first recognize that there's always room for improvement. At work, it’s important to reflect on how things are going—whether individually or as a team—and honestly assess where we can do better. Once we acknowledge that there’s always a way to improve, we’re more open to new ideas and willing to explore them. This is how true change happens: with self-awareness, openness, and a willingness to adapt.
I am an enterprise agile coach and I am learning a lot from you. You give me a lot to think about and discuss with my cohort. Love from North Carolina
