They picked a fight with the one university that trains most of the top lawyers in the country. What did they expect was going to happen?
I want to point out, Temporary restraining orders are actually pretty hard for courts to grant, and there have been a ton recently which have all been granted
Why is the FEDERAL government, the ones who approve the student visa have to as about who's enrolled? Did they Doge the people who kept track of them?
"Sir this is Harvard Law" is one of my favorite quotes of all time
Trying to sue Harvard is like picking a boxing match with Muhammed Ali in his prime
As a South Dakotan, it's so great seeing our former Governor be treated like the joke she is.. In South Dakota she had free reign she was never challenged or ever had to answer to anyone.. on the national stage she's received nonstop ass whoopings
“Good luck finding a lawyer” “Ok who wants extra credit on their finals”
How can I get a restraining order against the government?
The head of Homeland Security doesn't even know what Habeus Corpus is, so it shouldn't be surprising that she didn't know that every one of Harvard Law's professors are all certified lawyers (hell, half of Trump's legal team are graduates of Harvard Law).
Question- If the government certifies Harvard for foreign students, and issues student visas wouldn’t they already have records of individuals registered as students at Harvard? Why would they need to ask for records?
"Good luck finding a lawyer" This is where they come from, ma'am.
All I did was say what JD Vance said in the video gyze stop liking this
Sueing the best law school and saying”good luck finding a lawyer” is like saying “good luck finding an anime fan” at an anime convention
international student that was trying to immigrate but i’m literally giving up the last months of my visa (i finished my program already) because i don’t want to be immigrating if i can seemingly lose my right to live here at any time for no reason. or get kidnapped by ICE again for no reason and be held without any explanation or ability to fight it
"We'd like a temporary restraining order-" "Already wrote one up, dont worry"
Kristi Noem not knowing what Habeus Corpus is ridiculous and a fireable offense
I love the subtle suggestion about missing the lesson on Habeas Corpus
"ma'am, this is Harvard law"🤝"sir, this is a Wendy's"
I thought JD Vance went to Yale, not Harvard.
