I have to admit… I decided to buy this cube and, after proper setup (swapping in the springs, lubing with weight 5, dignitas and fz calm, then tension-2 elasticity-8 magnet strength 2) it is hands down the best cube I’ve ever tried. And not by an insignificant margin. I’ve been switching between the weilong v10 and gan12 as my mains but this cube honestly blows them out of the water. It feels a very similar weight to the super light gan12 but the turns feel EVEN lighter. It’s quite obvious the design hasn’t changed much from the v10 but this is a good thing (like the tv4 if it ain’t broke don’t fix it). It still is a huge improvement on the v10 though, as it’s so much lighter, and doesn’t have any harsh snappiness to the corner cutting. AND to top it all off, something about the primary internals and the plastic they used makes it feel SO premium. It’s expensive but hey, why not just buy the best cube money can buy rather than probably spending the same amount on several cheaper cubes to try and find the best of the mid-range? It’s not a justafiable price but man it’s a perfect cube.

Really nice video and great explanation of value to performance. If you want full control over the cube’s customisation, things like the Huameng TG and Zhanchi v5 also exist at a much lower price :)
