I passed my PMP exam on my first attempt, and I couldn’t have done it without David McLachlan! He is an excellent teacher who makes the content fun to learn and easy to grasp. Truly a game changer! His guidance was invaluable—he was with me every step of the way. I listened to his course and question reviews everywhere: in the car, while walking the dog, at the gym, running errands, and even doing chores. His teaching style made all the difference, and I highly recommend him to anyone preparing for the PMP exam!
Hi David, I passed the PMP today with AT/T/AT. Your videos 200 agile, 150 PMBOK 7, 100 waterfall and 111drag and drop truly helped to be prepared for the exam. Thank you very much for helping me to achive this milestone.
I passed my PMP today. (AT, AT, T). I forgot about the exam date as I was busy with family matters until the reminder email. I went through 4 mock exams with answers over the weekend - I got 44%, 54%, 55% and 62% but I carefully noted the correct answers and why they were correct. I watched 2 of David's Youtube videos and I had a 'breakthrough' based on how he instructed in the videos. I knew what the PMP was all about there and then. Besides, that is all I had time for - about 4-5 hours. I have been a PM for 8 years now - some of the content is my daily work. Anyway, it was a low effort pass as I had convinced myself that there was no way I was ready and was preparing for the 2nd retry. My advice - look for the key words: a tricky question was about an approved change - and all the options were tricky enough to hide the 'already approved change request' fact. Read each question twice. I finished my exam with 45 minutes left.
Thats true, I passed it with just one week of study and that is only your videos. Thanks so much the way you explain it.
Passed 2 weeks ago. I work as a PM in predictive projects. I say that with Study Hall (for Mindset) and lets say Rita M. Book (10 ed) for technical is more than enough to pass. And David's videos on lets say drag and drop. No Udemy or other courses and no 3-4 months preparation.
It is possible. I did not study at all, and only watched David's videos for 7 days. I passed the exam on first attempt (AT/AT/T). I was super happy that I didn't have to pay to retake the exam since I took the exam the last day before it expired. David is an amazing teacher, thank you for everything that you do.
Bumped into your youtube videos as i was preparing for my CAPM which i passed. I want to begin studying for PMP immediately. I know with your guidance i will pass
Hi David. I passed my PMP yesterday with AT/AT/AT in all domains. Your videos were a big part of my preparation process including all your little pep talks. I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the effort you put into these videos you post for people to help them in their PMP journey. You are just amazing. Thank you so much for helping me achieve this milestone.
Hi David, I wanted to let you know that I took and passed my PMP exam today! I really appreciate the video you created; the tips provided in it were incredibly helpful. They guided me in choosing the correct answers when I started to doubt myself. Thank you!
Just here to thank you for all the great and accurate content on your YouTube and Udemy course. Thanks to you, I passed my PMP exam yesterday (AT/AT/AT)!!
David, I really appreciate you sharing these audio tracks. I'm a native Spanish speaker, and they're fantastic
Hey David, The morning of my PMP exam I was so nervous. I sat in my car before the test and skipped to the affirmation portions of your videos on YouTube. It was the encouragement I needed to pass all AT. Please keep going and I hope one day I can thank you in person.
Passed my PMP exam today. Thank you so much David for all your videos!!
I've been a PM for years and am studying for the PMP, but my actual experience can be a hindrance from a test taking perspective. That's because I find myself filling in the gaps from the question itself with actual experience as opposed to focusing only on what's being asked.
Thank you! Thank you!!! I took my PMP 1/4/2025 and passed! For the last three weeks have been utilizing your Youtube page and Udemy course. Really help me focus on the PMP Mindset. The PMP Fast Track and Pass the PMP No Study were very helpful review the night before. Helped me to stay focused using your tips and tricks!
Thank you for clarifying this I've been asking specifically other individuals that post on YouTube what is it about and they're mostly gatekeeping And by my content type behavior this is a specific breakdown of what I was looking for what I need to focus on and this was straightforward answering thank you very much once again
Passed my PMP on Monday, thanks a ton David for all your questions on PMBOK guide and the drag and drop questions. Solving questions along with you helped me clear the exam flawlessly. Also the fast track tips helped a lot. Thanks again for such a huge information repository
I am basically going to watch all your videos when I am not actively doing something. I stopped studying the restarted briefly and started taking mock tests and have been surprised that I am getting almost all of them right. I am still weary and will still study more since there is stuff I don’t have memorized. But for scenarios I am good
Happy New Year David, thank you for your information. Love from South Africa.
