So true..these really work . for beginners.. standing cross toe touch is great too..but don't just doing it for the sake of doing .feel and think of every muscle contract and expand while doing it . don't let your mind go somewhere else..focus!
I love your routines. I cannot keep up with them because I am older (57) but I do try. It is said age ain't nothing but a number but these routines wear me out!π

I tried send bench with 5kg dumbels shit I'm glad that i didn't fall down it's dangerous if you're new to it so try with light dumbbells
