Niching down is good advice but also just being dependable and easy to work with will also put you heads and shoulders above most of the competition. Companies that have budget to spend more are looking for easy dependable freelancers.

Niche module is a niche market but much easier to land interest

Outsourcing, AI, and oversaturation in general has killed all prospects of earning money from coding, even if it pays peanuts. This life man...

@khalidyt4173

Bro why every time i choose to do freelance job thinking no one will be doing it i find every one is doing it and 40% doing it for a dirt cheap price 💀 .

@Stack-Overflowed

$5/hr? Must be from foreign countries in which the dollar goes much farther than it does here in America.

Instead of being extremely niche, why not just market yourself well, have solid communication skills and reach out to local clients? Most people will be more than willing to pay the extra money for someone who is local and that they feel they can trust. Confidence is everything when it comes to getting your foot in the door. After that, you just need to deliver and youll be fine.

A lot of people will automatically equate extremely low prices with extremely low quality(whether its true or not). But yeah, reach out locally. Bonus points if its local enough to where you can actually meet up and speak with them in person. Its the same in business as it is in dating, if you make yourself known in person you have a massive advantage versus someone whose just another profile in a large stack of other profiles online.
