Psychologist here- it’s very common for victims of rape have a “freeze” response (like an animal playing dead until the predator dissapears) versus a fight or flight response. It’s an evolutionary function, that if often misconstrued as consent.

I feel for her. She was victimized over and over. Once by the Monster and then again by the industry, then by the public. Everyone made a joke out of her for years. I'm glad she's able to finally feel heard. Validation is rare for victims and survivors.
