Its heartbreaking if that boy has a disability or illness and they keep covering it up instead of being honest up front and frankly making money off the two girls. It gives off shame vibes and that isnt right at all. He certainly looks like he has some issues but that's on his parents to speak up and proudly say they love their son.

I agree. And they are embarrassed of their twin boy which is why they didn't allow the twin girl to go out by herself for a long time because people would catch on to the fact she is there but her twin brother is not! there son has special needs they are ashamed of it which is wrong !!! They are keeping him locked Up because they are embarrassed and worried about what the public will think he was born in 2017 and never once been spotted outside he isn't allowed to go to amusement parks zoos malls the grocery Stores school or anything they have him locked up in a room with full time nannys! He's not even getting to be out experiencing life cause they are too ashamed to even let him have fun at a beach or a Park!!
