Going after single companies individually would be a suicide. Chinese have more leverage over our companies since our companies are literally >>> in their countries. If they wanted to, they could bankrupt Apple within a day by taking all the production facilities and just handing it over to Huawei as a punishment. Entire production facilities with over 500 different suppliers are all based in China. In one day, the can take the entire industries away from us if we would start doing such things. Yes we would have some success but the costs would be apocalyptic for us and the same products could continue to be sold elsewhere in the world with literally OUR stolen companies. Don't forget Huawei has it's own chip and semiconductor industry, they don't rely on intel.

Americans fail in history...in the 70s, the average steel worker earned $75 an hour, cashier at Safeway’s $38... the A.F.L.- C.I.O. was more powerful than the US government, American corporations moved manufacturing to China to avoid the high union wages which was bankrupting the country.. in essence China saved the US from bankruptcy... if it wasn’t for China, average Americans would have to pay $100 for a stapler or $30 for a bottle of milk...
