The lawyer passed a test to be admitted to law school, passed classes and passed the bar exam in that state. The defendant doesn't have a law school education. Perhaps he understands what he has read in law books. Probably not since the law is not easy to understand. He will lose his case. Why does he behave as if he is smarter than the lawyer or judge? He is doomed by his own ignorance and arrogance.
