I love this! My business partner and I are branching out into the private sector to start a staffing agency. We began as a vendor licensed and contracted through the state, allowing us to receive state funding, and it has been great. We just started last month and have already placed 22 clients. Although our payout wasn't as high due to the flat rate fees of $7000 per placement and an additional $45 an hour for billing, we are optimistic about the future.
What are platforms with clients that let independent recruiters sign up and have access to their job openings?
I would just like to add up this if possible. It's best to add background check tools in your arsenal. Since recruiters serve as a bridge between clients and talents, always ensure that you're providing the best candidates to your clients. Aside from work experience and skills, one thing recruitment agencies need to pay attention to would be criminal records, especially if it's related to the field of work candidates are applying for.
I had applied my is we pabricate lighted signage and installer bellboard I'm a welder from philippines
Do we need any License to start it
Is there a video where you can actually show an example of how to get paid? how you get paid? thank you
Finding the job seekers is not hard. Finding the employers, not so easy.
Great video! I was wondering if you had any advice for off-shore companies that offer IT Staffing in the US?
0:30 this thought just popped up in my head, just got fired from one tired of these managers being biased. Temps deserve to be treated as of value, too.🖤💯✌🏿
I need help figuring out how to set up the llc and get all the documents and all that boring stuff
This is great information.
I'm trying to set up an IT recruitment agency in Georgia, do i need a license to do that?
Great video. I actually have a call scheduled this upcoming Tuesday. I’m just very skeptical. I’m good at getting candidates because I used to be a Technical Recruiter but on the clients side….no experience at all. Nervous and afraid of failure.
What about a franchise staffing agency I’m about to buy a new one that opened up few months ago and still no clients and it’s in Florida any advice?Thank you
Thank you for the advice! I’m definitely looking into it. I’ve had issues with recruitments in the past and it seems like i’m some areas there is definitely a need too for a quality recruitment firm, and I thought “maybe i should step in!” I’m a little worried because I have no experience at all in this field but I want to learn.
I would like to start a electrical staffing company where I am. What kind of licenses/ insurance do I need to have to start doing that? 🤔 South carolina. I can't seem to find any information on it.
I’ve been pondering a start up like this, and only today began to research it. Have to admit, I’m floored by the commissions structure. The niche I would be aiming at usually hires people starting at around $150k. So even at the low’ish end of 20% of that… holy crap lol. I’ve got 20 years in the industry with contacts around the world. So maybe it’s worth investigating further. Lots of big fish firms I’d be competing against… but most employ the usual HR types as recruiters. Maybe having a subject matter expert in place of an HR person, who doesn’t know their ass from their elbow, would be a benefit?
Can we do this remotely like i am in Asia can i place professionals in US firms?
Hoping to start a recruiting company that will focus on medical, teaching And IT hoping to scale up
