Last year, I invested $27k in Evan Dennis homes and made about $90,000 within the first year for renting it out—and it’s still growing. I’ve always been a strong advocate for pre fabricated homes because it’s been incredibly rewarding for me. Looking forward to achieving financial freedom soon. And by the way, awesome content, brother!.

Great video! I really do have a quick question. For someone with less than $35,000 to invest, How would you recommend we enter the market? I am looking study some traders and copy their strategy rather than investing myself and losing money emotionally. What's your take on this approach?

@johnkrumm6860

I totally agree with this. Limiting the amount of trades I take a day and walking away if the set-up is not available has helped me considerably. If we don't have control of emotions and a set plan, there is a high probability we will be non-profitable. I remember a video I see by Chad months ago where he stated "Don't swing for the fences. Hit consistent singles." Thanks for today's video and the daily trading session Chad. Shalom!

This is 100% the most important video for anyone to understand and master if they wanna stay sane and actually become profitable 🤙

@janice.kendall

I'm new to trading, and I've lost a good sum trying out strategies I found in online tutorials. I would sincerely appreciate any recommendations you have?

Thank you for this video!

@thiruppathi6.1

Putting on a winning trade or even a series of winning trades requires absolutely no skill. On the other hand, creating consistent results and being able to keep what we’ve created does require skill. Making money consistently is a by-product of acquiring and mastering mental skills.

Thanks Chad !

Thank you, Great Video

@JKelley-n6k

Great video Chad, thank you. I understand how taking fewer trades is less of an emotional drain on your psychology. However if Trader A is risking $10k per week total from taking 15 trades, that is risking $667 per trade. Trader B, who is only taking 4 trades per week, is risking $2500 per trade. I kinda think I would be more stressed about potentially losing $2500 than $667 because those 4 trades carry a lot more weight each. Whatchthink?

@techfactsglobal2571

Are you planning to improve the OTS with more confluence or combine with something else to improve the win rate?

@richb7938
