V sync is useful to keep the FPS stable, not to reduce lag, and usually v sync only makes sure the FPS does not exceed the frame rate of the monitor. For example, if you have a 120hz monitor and you are playing a game at more than 120 fps, turning on v sync will make the game run at 120 fps stable, according to the monitor's hz.
Exact definition of blind leading the blind
actually vsync would hurt the fps even more. I dont know what make you think vsync would make it run smooth but in reality, you should turn v sync off if your game fps is never above the monitor maximum fps. The very reason why you want to turn on vsync in the first place is due to screen tearing and nothing to do with performance of your pc. but the side effect is you will have lower fps. I have wuthering wave with better frame when v sync is off instead of on. you could even ask chatgpt to see if vsync help fps or not. it is not that difficult to find information online about vsync.
dawg vsync makes it worse
Vsync provides smooth motions when your game is running badly. If your game is still laggy, it might be because of your storage
I did it with all the others off and lowest and my phone is still on 999ms😭😭😭
If you have a G-sync monitor, leave it off
I have hear many people talk about bad performance, but I'm playing on a 1080 without frame drops on 60 fps.
the computer starts to burn out
What is bro cooking
It wasn't lagging until I turned on ray tracing 😅 still 50+ 60 fps tho so i guess its a worthy sacrifice
heh since rinascita came out i can barely play the game at a steady 20fps when im there
Or repair🙏 i legit click repair everytime and that also works👍
I don't have that kind of options 😭
thank you for the fix, now i can use ray-tracing on mod
Not working. I have to always switch on, after a while it gets laggy again and than turn off again less laggy...
Had to turn it off because it kept making a weird blur effect on my characters' mouth and eyes whenever they moved
This is not a FIX for LAGS. If you are already getting low FPS Vsync smooths out the choppiness it doesn't mean it will boost your fps, sometimes it might even cost you more input delay with it on.
Mine is off and I don't have lag just have better parts in your pc
