I found this video soothing, no loud music, no elaborate series of explanations, just nature, cozy cabin, loving pet, warm fireplace, nice lighting, and a home cooked breakfast. Ahhh!
This is my dream. I love cold. I love quiet. I love dogs. I love cabins. I love nature. I would give anything to live some place like this. To hear the sound of the cold wind whistling at night while you sleep. So amazing. I would still need high speed internet to do my job remotely though. LOL
I dont think words would describe the peaceful nature of that experience.
It may look like hard work, but that kind of daily routine and direct participation with nature really soothes the soul.
Our family just spent a few weeks in Alaska last month, we're Arizona desert dwellers, and thought we were in Heaven! Such an amazing, beautiful place. You have your own slice of paradise there... Lovely home, fresh crisp air, crystal clear water, abundant natural resources, and serenity. Thanks for sharing!
No talking, no music... Just alone in a off grid cabin with your best friend. Love it!
We appreciate your time and we look forward to your videos each week. So relaxing, fun, educational, entertaining, and my wife and I have a stay at one of your cabins on our bucket list. Blessings!
He basically has the best of everything in one bundle- the snow, the water, the cabin, the dog, the food, the fire, the dream.
Just watching someone living a simple, off-grid natural type life gives me peace of mind. I can't wait to move out of the city.
It all looks like peace on earth. The fact of living off the land doing the things our ancestors you to do. To me that's real peace and happiness. Great video.
A man and his dog alone in a cozy cabin in the wilderness. Can’t beat that.
God, reminds me so much of home. I live in the UK since about a year ago, but I'm from northern Sweden originally. I can practically smell the inside of that cabin.
this video is so relaxing to watch. sigh. so peaceful
Reminds me of the life I had up in the Carpathians mountains in an old log cabin where i didn't had not even a fireplace or stove. Had to prepare my food outside using an old barrel in which i used to make fire. Inside the cabin was cold as heck. Showers were with cold water or snow. But guess what? Didn't even had a simple cold, or a tooth ache or anything. I moved back to the city after my training session, found hot water and gas at my reach and i started to have cold, flues, tooth aches, knees problems. I know that living up in the mountains is tough (even a nightmare for some people), but its all so dang beautiful. I miss that time, so next year i'm gonna move to an old friend's farm up in mountains. And i'm gonna take snow showers again :) God bless you, my friend :)
I love storms, any kind. I love to hear the wind blow, lightning, thunder!! The dog would be the perfect companion. Bring a couple of good books and a big fire. Wow, a gas stove also, the best for cooking big steaks
Those lights around your cabin are enchanting.
Couldn't imagine how fresh that water is! My mouth is watering! 😂
Love the fact that everytime a man sits to eat, he always offers food to his dog. Its universal.
Just an idea: In Germany some restaurants have a semicircular heavy curtain just inside of the door to keep the cold from entering during the cold winter days. This curtain is hung from the ceiling on a strongly fastoned rack, and works great to keep that chill out. Might work well in your cabin there.
