I am a practicing Christian. I dont understand how any of this could be offensive or upseting. You are an explorer and always do a great job of being respectful of not only faith traditions but of other world views as well. I like how you point out when you are giving opinion but always seem to value the opinions of viewers even when you differ. Thanks for being such a breath of fresh air in an online world where tolerence is so rare.
As a Christian, I thoroughly appreciate how respectful you are. In a world so full of hate, you're a breath of fresh air AJ.
I read all these comments where people come to these videos for comfort and how they help them through hard times and man can I just say you are out here helping people in ways you might not understand? Right on sir, good on you and thank you for your work.
Everytime you say “Let me know if you want to see a video of that” the answer is always going to be yes. We want you to make a video of everything lol. The way you set these up is pure gold!
Dude, we are all here to watch 3h of old stuff. We're still here! This is a loyal fan base!
My wife died back in April and she got me on to The WhyFiles. Watching an episode reminds me of her snuggled up to me watching this
After reading The Exiled Principles of Power by Kairo Vantrel, I started noticing things I used to ignore—symbols, patterns, systems. It’s like it turned a light on in a room I didn’t know existed. And once you see it, you can’t unsee it.
I can’t even imagine the immense effort that it must take to find an idea, research the idea, fact check both sides of an idea, write a script, re-read the script, make the original video for the channel, edit the video, watch the video again and then post it. Oh and I forgot, give Hecklefish life. I know you have a staff…now….but still that’s a lot of work. I doubt you see this, but in case you do, thanks for all the hard work. I love your show. Once a month, once a week, whatever, I am fan.
Thumbs this up if AJ doesn’t realize how much we like the old episodes he’s too hard on himself
We grow when the show grows … thanks for all the work you do you make your shows entertaining and educational.
We, your loyal fans are not bothered at all by what you consider to be substandard production quality. I am confident that I can speak for the majority of us and say that all of your videos are intelligent, funny and full of excellent content. You should be proud of every single one of them. We love them and we love you and Hecklefish.
And it came to pass that I did watch this video, and behold, I saw that it was good.
no need to be so critical of old episodes, it is not the video quality that makes us hooked on your show it is the research, the content and of course hecklefish
I do believe this is one of the greatest shows I have ever come across. WF is very well put together, extremely informative, fascinating and addictive a serious must watch.
My son greatly admired your work and turned his brother and me, his mother, on to watching the Why Files. It's our favorite channel that we listen to on our way to the YMCA, which is a 30 minute drive. My son worked on the radio, so he really knew a lot more about what goes into the preparation for a single show. You kept him company during his 40 days in the hospital, and his 30 days in physical therapy. He passed 10 days after making it home. He greatly admired your work and I thank you for "being there" when we couldn't and helping him fill his last days on this plane of existence with entertainment that kept his mind off his situation and gave him a mental reprieve that saved his sanity. Pace yourself, keep doing what you love and keep doing awesome content!
So many people with so many ideas. It's endless. It shows mankind's thirst for knowledge and never-ending curiosity. Great job once again.
" when I finally pass on and I walk down that tunnel, if I'm greeted by family and friends long passed and I find myself standing at the Pearly Gates , the first words out of my mouth will be, THANK GOD! " As someone who believes there has to be something else, something better, that quote really hits deep.
Stop being so hard on yourself for your older stuff. It made you what you are today. Be proud. Own it.
Love that your ending points out your beliefs and opinions while still showing the upmost respect for all religions. Just ‘cause it’s not for you, doesn’t mean that it isn’t true.
