@vicroams

Improved my overall screen time from 7-8 hours to around 3 per day thanks to this set up 😅

@cristinagil9610

I'm halfway through the video and absolutely love the simplistic setup that serves a purpose rather than having a thousand apps everywhere. I'm going to set my phone up like this to gain more value with the important things.

@TheGravelTraveler

Hey you can add more screen real estate to each focus mode by putting the shortcut switcher onto the widgets page and you can also add a 5th focus mode if you automate Driving to automatically enable when CarPlay or a specific bluetooth device (car) is connected, and then create another automation to disable driving when device is disconnected.

Automation to focus modes are endless, you could for example if you work in a physical office have your work focus page automatically turn on when inside your office and turn off when you leave.

I use the automations and I have a default “Home” page that when I’m not, exercising, traveling, driving, or sleeping my phone defaults to.

@lucreziacimino

hands down, one of the best iPhone setup videos I've seen so far! thanks, Miles ☺

@NicJ27

This was really cool thank you! I'm new to iPhone but have been triggering the Shortcuts via the Action Button rather than the HomePage Widget, but I never knew you could create all the (lock)screens and wallpapers specific to each Focus Mode, so thank you!

Also, your presentation was really well-paced and clear, and it's quite rare for people to show each individual step - even if we know how to do it, its good to see precisely how you've done it

@jebaker2

I like the Shortcuts idea for quick switching between focus modes. I think I’d rather use the “Add to homescreen” option to create icons instead of the oversized Shortcuts widget. But that’s just taste.

Thanks for sharing!

@robertsonesperat1983

Dude, this was incredible for increasing workflow and agility. Thank you so much I wish I knew this sooner lol

@danielfuenteslobo

Wow! This is so far the best custome Iphone video I've ever watched, thanks!

@maaz2505

Plzz make more videos with this series and more detail about shortcuts & how to create modes easily

@tomasvircik3742

After saving this video to watch later with intention to customize my phone so that I force myself to spend less time for nonsense hours of watching YouTube and browsing around. After month I came back fo it coz iphone is a distraction drug. Let's make this happen today. Thanks for the simple and useful video.

@pllorphangirl

@thndrcatoz2066

@Godwinsact

Bro telling to delete YouTube while posting in YouTube.

@afkhoso

ugh - samsung has 'modes and routines' and focus modes and you can apply most of the stuff, but the ONE thing that i wanted, it doesnt have. the ONE PAGE SCREEN. meaning if im in deepwork mode, show me THIS home screen, vs another mode another screen. im unable to find any info/videos on it too. if any galaxy fans in here find out, please reply!!

@AlexMixaha

Nice setup, super helpful! But where do you go to call/text people? Like the actual phone stuff 😂

@brandoncarris9015

wow this is exactly what i was looking for thank you miles

@alexanderchika3946
