I realized today why i was not able to get recommended during my attempts. Thanks for the video, the video did the work which self-introspection couldnt. However i have reached my age age limits and preparing for something else, and will surely imply your saying( Specially dont be desperate, just give your best and prove yourself why ur best fit for the role). Being elder than you i got to learn many things and yes your video just came in my youtube timeline in a random way.
