Ha,two years later, nice geo farm method. Seems it just takes a "budding" broken or cracked crystal and some light and they grow, cool. Now I just have to figure out how to harvest and farm the one I found in the middle of an ocean area. Formed just on the bottom,with a little hole big enough to swim into.

So can we break them with a normal pickaxe and place them somewhere else or do we have to leave them there cause i would like for them to grow closer to my house

But can you Mine The Bud block With silk touch then go back to your base, After making a Geode for yourself at your base then can you place the Bud blocks into your own Crafted Geode? I will try this out lol

Remember miners, if you mine diamonds, you only get one, but if you mine amethyst, you get a whole bunch.
