I am just starting your free video. I can't currently get close to touching my toes. I'll let you know how I have progressed in 4 weeks.
I'm watching your videos because I'm having serious excruciating pain. It goes from the back of my thigh, right under my butt all the way down my leg. Its nerve pain. I cant stand for more than a couple of hours before it becomes too much and in tears. My leg will feel like cold water is running down it and then i know the real pain is on its way. Then the weird dislocated heavy feeling happens - it feels like it did when i was a kid and my arm was dislocated and it was heavy and pulling on my shoulder - only now O feel it in my leg. It feels like my bone is detached and my nerves and ligaments and muscles are trying to keep my leg connected to my body all by themselves. Thats exactly how it feels. The pain is at an 8 all the time. So, ive tried stretches and sometimes they help. Being in the sitting position is the only relief i have. Im 37. I dont know what else to do.
Going to have to try the elephant walk for sure. Where can we buy those 5T shoes?

I have a question - even if I do the elephant walks first, during the stretches I still feel stretching mostly behind my knee, not on the back side of my thighs. Is it ok? Should I do something differently?
