the lock I had before did not do the things I wanted it to do "Aura" Now I have upgraded to the Halo Smart Lock and so far it's awesome I can now control my lock from anywhere and google home can control it too and tell me if my door is locked or unlocked and I get notifications on my phone of the lock status in real time.

Mine isnt locking after putting in the battery. Loosening up the two lo g screws keeping the two parts together loosens them immensely. I dont know, is there any other product that is easier and isnt a pain in the butt?

My lock has similar issue won't retract when when batteries installed. Guess I have to call customer service Monday

Ours just keeps beeping once the batteries are installed. The manual says that this means the keypad is not connected. We have checked the wire connection several times. No luck. 200 dollars for broken hardware. Not happy.

Mine was not working I bought from Amazon now I bought a second one from Best Buy and same issue beeps and doesn't extend I performed all troubleshooting

My turnpiece shaft is upside down and won't turn upwards like shown in the instructions/video. This makes it impossible to connect to the rest of the device.
