After living in tons of apartments, I’ll tell you- don’t get distracted by the style or colors. Go for how well the space can (or can’t) be used. You can usually make it cuter but you can’t usually make it more functional. Think about each space and how you will use it to help make the decision 👍

Second apartment is nice but if he works there and has that attitude, I can imagine how the rest of the staff will be when you need to make a request for something to be fixed. Definitely take the management team into consideration too. #4 also looked nice
