I wonder how people still want to become software developer even in 2025. The work culture is absolutely pathetic in most of the software companies and it is getting even worse by every passing year. Almost all of the companies want their employees to put in 12+ hrs. a day, 9-10 hours of work day has anyway become a norm now. I am that typical hardworking software developer who has worked hard from the very start of my career, but all of those longer hours of sitting and sleepless work nights has given me a permanent slip disk, too much of extra fats and overall very bad health. Youngsters please opt for jobs in which you can move around much than just sitting for longer hours infront of a computer and strain your eyes, back and heart too much.

If someone is graduate but he don't any job 😅 but he want to become software developer. How he can in 2025 with good salary package as fresher , what he suppose to do ?? Please help!!
