PC guy here. I got PS5 for vacation house. I only buy games that are SP and don’t require online play because I refuse to pay for PS Plus subscription.

PS5 loses money? Where did you get this information? Sony has not made a loss on the sale of the PS5 since the beginning. This information has already been confirmed several times. It may have even had a slight loss, but it was so slight that when purchasing another product they are already at a profit. And whoever buys a PS5 buys at least 1 game on the same day is already making a profit. If Sony really lost money on the PS5, neither the PS5 would be so expensive nor the PS5 Pro would have the absurd price that it has. And more people would have consoles to play. Sony is losing money, but not on hardware, but on woke games that nobody wants. They are losing money on subscriptions because the price is high even for the base plans. And they are losing consumer trust because of the anti-consumer tactics they have created lately. Sony is making a loss. This is the biggest joke I have heard lately. The glorious era of the PS4 is over with its affordable consoles and games.

Not better for us. Reason why we got so many amazing games in the 7th generation is because there was competition. Hell the only reason the PS3 out sold the Xbox 360 was because of all the amazing exclusives. Competition causes a race for your attention, that race forces them to make better exclusives and products and the consumer benefits as a result.

For all those not believing him that PS5 is cheap. Yes it is cheap compared to comparable PC. Sony is losing money. I rather buy more expensive hardware and own my games than paying cheap hardware and pay a subscription.

Everything must change, within reason. But as a 1st 2nd and 3rd Nintendo console player. And have moved up to the present handheld game consoles. I sure miss the good old gaming days. 😢
