I've been trying to figure out what to say without sounding corny, or like an internet prophet, but to sum it down plainly, and I mean this generally to anyone; how we deal with the struggles we face is something to take mind of and to give our self credit for when we, even make the smallest achievement or improvement to ourselves. Also to not forget those moments of resilience, especially when bad sht happens or situations happen and we don't deal with it in a healthy way. But I also can agree with what you’re saying in the video for sure deafly about mental health issues you know I struggled with lots of anxiety and depression, but mostly anxiety Because when I was little, I was born with a vision impairment, and I have a disability, and sometimes I feel like I get stressed out a lot with a lot of anxiety, because I feel like people point fingers sometimes for no reason to disabled people and they don’t see what disabled people go through like I cannot relate at all celebrities and you what you go through because you have problems. You’re famous that I cannot relate at all you know, but I could relate to mental issues. I could agree with you with that one and also following anxiety, I can agree with about anxiety, though you know. but I really am take cited for the new song to drop.
