That person in the documentary "Mr. Sinha" is my father and today I feel so proud of him ,as I have seen it throughout my childhood and till date, how passionate he is about his work. I draw a lot of inspiration from him to keep working hard in my life . And the thing he said about how so many people's life depends on him,he actually believes it,we all can see the glam and glare in his eyes when he talks about his work,a very big thanks to the people who made this documentary! God bless everyone with such a talented father and such an amazing human being. Love you papa🧡🧡🧡🧡

@VishnuKamath

Running Indian Railways is not easy. Kudos to the engineers and the staff who keep it operational.

@spanoop86

The number of passengers who travel in Indian railways EACH DAY is almost equal to the entire population of Australia.. kudos to the entire railway staff who manages this kind of unbelievable rush in daily basis😊

@Explorer68-QUNLIMITED

This is at least 5 years old video. The situation now is changed a lot on some fronts ( the rush and chaos is still there though). Kudos to the entire team . Indian Railways, because of its sheer size of operation demands extra respect.
Hopefully in another year or so , the change will be more visible, once the metro operation starts.

@VishalVarma_14

It's not easy to maintain indian railways. Nearly 2.5 cr people travelling everyday in trains. It's equals to australia's population. Indian railways is an emotion for us indians. Salute to all people who are working in railways for our better journey 🙏🏻.

@rasi3987

Very proud to say that I travelled thru this station to New Delhi in 1966 with my friend. Unforgettable memories. From TORONTO.

@subikashbunty

India isn't for the average person. This country is so diverse it will mould you thick. You survive in India, you will survive everywhere. Kudos to the Indian Railways.

@ArghaRoyMukherjee

I was the part of this control room since 2015 to 2021. Nostalgic time for me.

@politicallyincorrect1705

I lived here and passed through Howrah station for 22 years, including traveling on Rajdhani and local trains here. I still use this station when I visit home in Kolkata. But it's surreal watching my own experience on Youtube and also the back-office operations in the control room. Kudos to the hard working staff who keep 1 million people and 1000 trains moving through this station each day.

@pbbaroi7434

Well documented... I live in kolkata and grew up watching Howrah and the Indian railways becoming modern and contextually efficient

@SurenderKumar-zw3zo

It’s been two years since I retired after serving nearly forty years in Railways. Watching this documentary the memories accumulated all those years gushed in making me intensely nostalgic. Thank you.

@omkarsingh279

"Chalo phuto" Made my day😂

@bijoyshaw

I live in Calcutta, I salute my Indian Railways, there is nowhere in the world to travel at such a low cost as Indian Railways is doing, with it handling so many passengers 24*7 hours 365 days a year without stopping it would be impossible for many countries to maintain to do. 🇮🇳♥️

@salequemohammad9056

Sometimes I travel Indian rail. Most of the Indian people are very friendly and helpful. Railway staff are really good and gentle. They help me to give the correct information.

I 💕 the India and her beautiful people.

Salek. Dhaka. Bangladesh.

This video is uploaded in september 2023 but was probably recorded sometime between 2014-19 as is stated governer of West Bengal was then Mr KN Tripathi who served as the governor of WB from 2014 to 2019.

@সুমন্তনাগ

Late Sri Keshrinath Tripathi (1934 - 2023) was the Hon'ble Governor of West Bengal from 2014 - 2019. So, this video is at least 5 years old. Situation is changing fast, with expansion of Metro Rail (East - West Section) up to Howrah Maidan joining Kolkata with Howrah via tunnel under the Hooghly River. Also Vande Bharat Semi High Speed Train started operating. Also app based Ticketing System UTS and ATVMs (Automated Ticket Vending Machines) got introduced by the Railway to make Ticketing system more hassle-free and customer friendly.

@rithuraj6703

Learning from this video :To PPL who travelling without ticket always be confident soo that u won't be caught by TT 😂😂😂😂

@ronnieaich5737

I have left Kolkata about 11 years back, but before that this was an integral part of my daily life.. This comment is for everyone who misses their home in and around Kolkata..❤

@adg124-v5k

I really appreciate how this documentary covers all the nitty gritties of an busiest station operation like Emergency services, child trafficking, luggage loading, passenger management, I mean every aspect of operations. Kudos to entire team of this documentary
