My goal for the next year is to streamline my process and being able to get a glimpse of how you onboard and offboard your clients is invaluable. I can definitely imagine your clients feeling absolutely cared for and how they would happily refer you to their peers just from the experience alone. Love this Rachel! Lots of freelance gold in this vid. Would love to hear about your process with initial contact and how you lead into this onboarding process. Do you get the “yes let’s work together” before creating these templates? Or is this something you send them in substitute to a proposal? Just curious since I’ve tried a few things and have yet found the right method for me and my clients
