A riveting story. I can hardly wait until part 2. Thank you for posting this.

@rossdrysdale7875

As a former German teacher, I have to say the American translator did an excellent job. It was a pleasure listening to him.

@GA-pc2qd

Mark Felton keeps alive a unique guarded articulated english way of expression; lost by the BBC, a radio I listened and liked as a schoolboy in Rennes, Brittany in the early 70s. In gratitude for Radio Londres.
Grand merci.

@keene139

Mark Felton is the consummate historian; his documentaries are a must-watch, brilliantly narrated, and always delivered with unfaltering measure and vocal clarity.

@scottsclafani9535

Mark Felton Productions are one of the rare gems of Youtube. I’m anxiously awaiting episode 2 of the Peiper series. Sir, your commitment to uncovering interesting facts and correcting previous misconceptions of our history is commendable and refreshing. Carry on!

@Hell_Sleeper

Mark, Thanks for the hard work you do and especially thank you for not using AI in any of your content. Your channel is a safehaven!

@thomasmarciano6133

That actual war crimes tribunal film footage @14:54 with Peiper, the U. S. Army prosecutor, and the U.S. Army-appointed official German/English translator (who is spot-on BTW) is truly compelling...

@eddavis1832

I got more quality info from Dr. Felton regarding Peiper than The History Channel or BBC ever gave me in two hours! Can’t wait for part 2…Great stuff…Thanks…CHEERS!!!🍻

@robertdacquisto6871

Felton crushing it as always, that intro alone wins us all over. Add on obscure history we’ve never even heard of, and you get a true master of his craft.

@Balt21Raven

Can't thank you enough for how well prepared these are.

@suepalin9202

I wonder why he chose to live in France as he must have known that his presence in Traves would be disliked to say the least?

@stephenschroeder6567

As a fellow historian, I greatly appreciate the depth and breadth of your research. Another terrific presentation and masterfully ending upon a cliff-hanger. Part two cannot come soon enough! 🙂

Thank you, Sir!

@bobschenkel7921

More fascinating and informative videos from Dr. Felton, with details no one else seems to have. Thank you Dr. Felton for your diligence.

@ResidentialCentersofAmerica

Mark Felton is one of the best researchers and experts on World War II.

@gustavalexander8676

A couple of years ago I was stressing over finishing my MA in History. I remember going to sleep every night listening to your stories and research. It was amazing. I still love your voice and your intros (never change them!!) they bring back so many fond memories of working hard, wiritng (about the spanish civil war) and then listening to your, roughly, period appropriate stories!

@alsecen5674

Your depth in forgotten history is staggering and impressive. I enjoy your work very much. Thank you

@mr.adamski6431

I learned so much about Peiper that I did not know. Another excellent video!

@mlbalan74

Wow, this is the 2nd Mark Felton video in recent days where I’m watching within a half hour of its release.

@invictus84

Outstanding, objective, thorough documentary. There’s no comparable account of Peiper on the Internet.

@DaleHubbard

Mark is an erudite and well-respected YouTuber. His material, research and delivery are second to none. I lived in Landsberg in 1958 and remember the prison well.
