@taracampos3418

Thank you so much for your videos on Narcissism, and this information. I found the second half of this video enlightening.This is the first time I've heard anxiety, boundaries, and assertiveness, discussed in a interconnected way! This helped me bring the pieces of the puzzle together, to better understand my childrens' behaviors. I hope to support them. Much appreciation.❤

@barbaradellarocco5132

Yes absolutely makes sense. How would this apply to social anxiety ? I know outcome may have something to do with it ??

@gardenialeeman4932

@mariellegreer2485

Thank you so much for this video. It is very helpful and sure made a lot of sense. It helps me understand myself better but also contributes to relating to others with greater compassion and enlightment. Thanks!

@a.freedman2726

I have never seen anyone in your profession who can explain a condition, add anecdotes, and move forward, still citing helpful resources, without getting pulled into the milieu of the audience and their (ok, our) pain.

@johnjohnstone9805

I think I feel most comfortable in passive or passive/aggressive, I honestly don't think I can tell the difference between assertive or aggressive, when I have tried to be assertive in the past I just get feedback that I'm being aggressive, so I think I just decided to give up on any communication. Just smoulder over in the corner of life.

@anikajuneja3985

Makes a lot of sense. . Can you share more about control anxiety? I think it’s also linked with getting comfortable with uncertainty

@aleencorbin7229

Excellent!

@leahdhahan4058

Great video!!! Thank you!

@johnjohnstone9805

I think it would be easier to learn the finer points of assertive communication if you actually knew what you wanted to say and the other person actually wanted to hear what you wanted to say.

@tessellatiaartilery8197

Great video. I love the examples. And seeing how healthy civil assertion skill promotes better self confidence and boundaries very clear. Let's practice everyone, training our assertions muscles starting with small issues and then increasing the "weights" as we get stronger. 😊

@fromhindutovedic6174
