Snow White 1937 made Disney. Snow White 2025 destroyed Disney. I imagine Walt hearing an angel say “Disney will last 100 years” and feel joy. Then the angel says “only 100 years. Then it will die.” I’m actually not sure it will even make it to 2037.

A slap in the face to the real Snow White fans. I remember growing up with the original cartoons. I loved every single love story i watched. It was magical and i wished to one day find prince charming. Guess what , it didnt prevent me from finding a career and a job and i wasnt indoctrinated to just wait on a man to save me. Disney just needs to stop with the remakes. Create a whole new story if you wish such a change of character

Of all the controversies that this movie went through, Peter Dinklage nuking 7 potential jobs for actors with dwarfism was by far the weirdest one. It's already hard enough for those actors to get jobs, and he straight up ruined 7 in one go... And his criticism never made any sense anyway, since Dwarves in this context are literal fantasy creatures and not just a stereotype for people with dwarfism.
