Even in the Army, they still argue about calling hits like in airsoft
“maybe you shouldnt have signed the contract” real asf
Solider #23 to the camera crew : Where were you guys you missed my kill streak. 😂🤣
And to the Business Insider team - you absolutely crushed what a good military documentary should look like. Following characters and storylines, keeping it honest and being a shadow, not a liability. This felt like Jungle School Part 2, which is perfect. Way to crush it
Fletcher is unbelievable. What a soldier. These are the types of dudes I want out there defending our freedom. Godspeed First Sarge!
I deployed with first sergeant fletcher when he was still a plt sgt. solid guy.
Sgt. Fletcher deserves a COD character.
It's great to finally put a face to the voice we've heard through all these videos. Graham's narration absolutely makes these videos
Airborne combat vet here... great presentation. It's so much the same as it was 30 years ago. Training with miles gear only goes so far, nothing like real bullets and bad guys but the humor, the difficulty of movement, the confusion... the young soldiers... war never changes.
Can we take a minute and just appreciate Graham? This man has literally gone through all these boot camps. The man is a machine
"Ay watch who you are talking to!"😂 speak like a true 20 year old sergeant playing airsoft.
The moment this opened with a quote from #23 we all knew this was going to be good
0:10 "I am here because people need to go to heaven" lmao
"Out of every one hundred men, ten shouldn't even be there, eighty are just targets, nine are the real fighters, and we are lucky to have them, for they make the battle. Ah, but the one, one is a warrior, and he will bring the others back.." - Heraclitus. He throws out hilarious main character quotes...Sgt Fletcher is that guy.
I love how humble that German is. Glad to have you apart of the ranks brother.
This is one of the most realistic documentaries of a military unit ever. There's no hush hush don't say that kinda of stuff. They say it how it is, how real troops say it. Also I'd follow that 1st Sgt anywhere. He has experience, command, and humor which is incredibly useful as part of his job is not only leading his men but keeping their morale up.
1SG Fletcher is the Main character in this😂
Sgt fletcher would get played by Ben Affleck in a movie, But the guy is living his own movie. Amazing insight into the JPMRC. Thanks for your reporting.
Too many Americans think the Army’s job is just to defend and occupy. The Army’s primary job and the core of its mission during every war in American history is and always has been to attack, close with, and destroy the enemy in ground combat. From Normandy and Ia Drang to Shah-I-Kot and Baghdad, Army infantry and armor has been the brunt of our offensive combat. Thank you for sharing that mission.
