that is, if your switch has SFP+
because the SFP to SFP fiber cable, costs waay less, than the SFP to Rj45 adapter x2

Playing any online games that pull textures off of WiFi will run loads better with fiber, for the speed, it’s near instant to go to a new area and have it all loaded right away
