ERROR! Both audio print tracks need to be solo safe'd!! Sorry, this is corrected now in the download. Should fix any solo monitor issues you might be having

@bigfatlazydork

Sara, You are so elegant in your dissemination of knowledge, you should be called Studiology Professor Sara🙌

@anshulmakesnoise

I cannot believe my luck that as I am working through making my templates and following up on your older videos on gain staging you released this today. Many thanks Sara for your wonderful contributions. I always learn so much from you.

Your a great Engineer and teacher wow really opened my eyes to all the time I waste. I wish I would have seen your philosophy when I first started out but hey you can still teach an old dog new things. Thanks again

@rudeasmith5098

Love your workflow, I'm not a Capricorn, Libra here but I appreciate your methodology. I just discovered your channel, I'm about to sub because the way you breakdown the whys and how's is easy to follow and understand.

@christianhelwig

This is probably the template breakdown/walkthrough I've see. Thank you Sara.

@zhpub

I love how organized and logical your approach is. Thank you for taking the time and effort to share this. Having followed your courses this video answers a lot of questions I'd had regarding your tracks setup and routing. My #1 workflow tip is: use versioning - CTRL-ALT-S (in Cubase) to save with an increment of the version number.

@periloustemple8290

This was so fun and worthwhile! I have done some recent hardware and other changes, so am due for a fresh template. I am incorporating several of your ideas that I'd not thought about. As simple as it is: the lowercase letters (like r for reverb; d for delay) alone are just perfect. I use caps for my buses; lower case for the tracks. I color match VC's to what they control - and use color families so that the bus is a shade of the actual tracks. I do use folder tracks - and Studio One. I am watching this again when I build my template. Thanks for all you do!

@SantaAgain77

Thank You Miss Carter !
I like your advice on working with bass and snare ! Used them many times, and sounds gooood!!

It will be very interesting to get template with rout and plug-ins ! 🙂🙂
Yes, yes, I know, it's always more or less the same for many artists and engineers.

Wow Sara! Thank you so much for making this video. I'm just at a point in my very slow mixing journey in creating templates in Logic Pro X. I can't thank you enough. Your video's are the best.
