I pick two up a few years back, one for 11K and the other one with a detach 2 car garage with a two bedroom apt on it for 28K 😁 the 28K property, some copper miners, took the pluming and water heaters, other than that and a little cleaning they were all good😁

She bought a house for $1 and has been fixing it up herself (with her Dad's help) for the last 6 months on a limited budget. The state of the house before she started reminds me of these houses. Amazing what a little elbow grease and determination can do.
