F7: Correction of spelling and grammar
Ctrl+Enter: Automatic Page break
F4: Repeats what ever action recently finished
Shift+F5: To jump back to where you last worked
Shift+F3: Turns highlighted text to upper or lower case
Ctrl+Shift+C: Copies format

Don't forget ctrl + shift + right arrow, ctrl + shift + left arrow. It selects whole words instead of individual letters like shift + right/left arrow

Also, you can use Ctrl + Shift + * (8 key) to show/hide the paragraph mark. A good thing to do is to hover over the actions, it always prompts a shortcut that you can use.

I use Format Painter to copy formatting, but the shortcut Ctrl-Shift-C seems to offer a good alternative.

Here’s an idea, … at the end of your video, perhaps you could finish the video with a still frame featuring all the short cuts you have described - with a very brief explanation.

This would help us as your viewers could take a screen grab of that final screen and refer to it, for a brief period until what you have taught us becomes second nature! 
Just a thought - as these short cuts are very useful.
