I am truly shocked at how easy it was to overthrow the US government.
Sigh....I'd love to know what Justice Roberts thinks about this. It's so Ironic that the guy who could have ruled Trump to be ineligible to run for President has single handedly destroyed the American justice system. What a legacy for Justice Roberts.
Government of the money, by the money, for the money.
This was all spelled out in Project 2025, no? Beyond grim.
" You'll never have to vote again: I promise".
And the mainstream media are silent on the matter.
This should be all over the news
This are textbook examples of how democracies are not necessarily overthrown by force but decay from within. When a leader shifts norms, breaks with traditions and gradually conditions the people to accept the abuse of power without consequences.
Worse than just tears. Civil wars were fought over such issues. Europe should look to its own.
American Vet here. Yes. It died the day he was reelected. He couldn't have done any of it without the complicity of the Repugnant Party. And the Supreme Traitors sealed the deal, in case he was reelected, to give him absolite Immunity while in office.
It is unconstitutional for the legislative branch to pass legislation that neuters the judicial branch in this way. But the fact that they are trying it is disturbing.
Umm, doesn't the US military have a shout in this, defending the US Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic?
So there is now a law that laws are unenforcible, but doesn't this apply to everyone? It's not a monarchy, it's anarchy.
And farage would love to do this in the UK too
One thing is for certain, Trump is way too stupid to have come up with this himself.
A steady diet of fast food, Christian extremism, Fox News and reality TV was never going to end well. Trump is just the wafer-thin mint.
Nice knowing you America, you had a good run.
This is how it ends, not with a bang but with a whimper
The future will look back on this period and wonder why so many were so willing to go ahead with the destruction of that which they hold so dear.
