I use Youtube only to watch 2-3 creators, and you're one for them. Cheers, mate!
I watched your video 'Do Hard Things First' before and was confused about how to implement it and why. Your two models have answered my doubts well! Thank you, Tom!
Yesterday I was totally confused by this as I usually am by this way of looking things. I always think about how those other things are just as important, maybe even more important. But yesterday, unrelatedly I thought, I ended up working on a big thing (cleaning my flat) and just breaking it down by focusing on one area at a time and one item at a time in that area, etc. I did eventually switch and focus on one specific other project for the rest of the night as well (working on building a computer out of electronics). Anyway this morning my brain connected the dots between what I was doing yesterday and what you were saying in this video and I realized it’s about dividing those tasks that are or aren’t relevant to what you’re doing. (That is, pieces of the yellow arrow broken down vs any unrelated red arrow pointing left.) I’m normally always trying to decide how to rotate through a bunch of unrelated tasks which is too much to handle. Ironically, cleaning is definitely something that should be my goal at least until I get this place in decent shape. Anyway, I better get busy.
Love your content, it's so to the point ♥️😁
Thank you, Dr. Watchman, for the incredible resources you have provided to the medical community. I would be grateful if you could create a video on how you balanced studying while working full time as a doctor.
I believe in delegating tasks which do not need my exclusive attention. I'm ok with spending few money on that if it saves some of my time everyday. BTW I love your videos and watch all of them. ❤
Thank you so much, Tom!!! Great video💐☀️🙏 This is so relatable. 👌
Great video! Peace out
Look forward your videos daily

Hey Tom, I know that you are absolutely swamped with work but could you please share your thoughts about learning procedural knowledge (maths/physics/programming) using the read/recall method and the testing sandwich with a demo if possible? A lot of us folks here are STEM majors and I am sure your take on it would be very helpful. Thanks as always!
It's sad my man doesn't get enough views, But the curve of latent potential will break soon!!!
Love from india ❤❤❤
Hey Tom, I have a question. Iam implementing your study methode into my exams Iam writing soon. I have like 10 different topics for biology and 10 for history. You said, that you should finish every topic once and then move one with the weakest one in the second repetition. (Iam learning one bio and one history everyday) But when Iam looking a the Ebbinghause forgetting curve, that you also mention, you can see that the graph is most powerful when you learn the same material again the next day. I need 10 days to cover everything I need to know, but isnt the forgetting curve too extrem when Iam repeating my weakest topic again? I hope you understand what I mean. Thank you for all of your work :)
But cooking and cleaning is my clean break between tough tasks 😢 rather than scrolling
