It’s such a relief when you win a game like that 2nd one. You know you can win but it’s easy to be tilted when your team is spamming FF and making bad plays. Big respect Petu

Don't sweat that opening game - it was all but lost in champion draft. Three cc tanks, into a team with no anti-tank drafts (other than Shen) and an enchanter support. I don't know the draft order, but at the very least your team needed either jungle or mid to go anti-tank as to not put all responsibility for killing 2-3 tanks on the top draft alone. Poor Shen. The only thing your team could do was group Corki + Victor + Karma to poke as defense of a lane under pressure, while Shen + Jarven looked for 2v1 picks and kept both other lanes from being split-pushed in. A simple 3/2 split by the enemy team let them avoid any plays your team would ever have. The Aatrox player didn't get the memo and kept trying to split-push alone. His team thankfully (for them) realized he was their weak link and regularly rotated to him so that he wouldn't get caught out. Your own team... not so much. Only Jarven could really rotate, but he was too busy farming jungle camps at 20 minutes even though Jarven doesn't scale. The easiest way to beat Aatrox in mid/late game as Shen, when a horrible draft forces you to regularly 1v1 him in a sidelane, is to get rank 5E, Ionian Boots, and Quickblades all built before it starts happening. You win on Q spam and using E to keep him stuck. You need E up at all times to flee if he ults, to dash away and wait it out. There's no way to just outbrawl him, especially if he's built any MR vs your Q. The rest of your gold goes to tanking Aatrox's damage, so typically it's going to look something like Sunfire + Ionian Boots, into Quickblades, into Dead Man's Plate components. Bad drafts are the worst.
