Wish I could go back in time where houses were $40,000

@1QKGLH

The fact that they call that a 3-car garage is criminal.

@marytorg

Cabinets all the way up for me. It is a dust trap if you don't.

@leehancock2782

Anyone one coming into my foyer better be invited and not have to announce themselves 😂😂

@LindaLandsverk

If that is the future, a lot more people will be homeless. I'm considered middle class and I don't know anyone who could afford this home.

@surgemaestro7355

You either got your houses mixed up or you're going to have to chill with your video titles. "Futuristic Modern", seriously! "Take 2025 By Storm!", c'mon now! Nice place, but this is a basic a** house with basic a** stuff.

@bubbafromprison

Tiny lot w/ neighbors on top of you for close to 900k, no thanks.

@jpack85

The home to its right is awkwardly positioned relative to this house.
Whoever staged that living room with one giant sectional needs to lose their job.
For that basement to not be a walk-out is a complete miss. There's no reason why it couldn't have had that feature.

@Alan-lv9rw

I just bought a home like this in Dallas, but it’s smaller. 4/2/2 on one floor. My preference would be a colonial home in New England, but I love what I have.

@rodgerjeffries6622

Beautiful House 🤩

@eveningglow9023

😊 I absolutely Love Hobby Lobby as well, my go to store for all my home decor and holiday decorations.
The home is nice too. 😊

@brendajones3204

A great deal of wasted space in the downstairs basement area. I’ve never seen such a large utility room that leads into nothing. Not worth $800k and certainly not impressed. Next!!!!!!!

@JCHayes

I did not expect this home to be 3700+ square feet when first seeing it from the outside at the start of the video.

Those first floor bedrooms can be so nice if you want to have a senior friendly home for a parent to occupy down the road.

I do wish builders would do a wider door entry into the bathroom for that first bedroom (think wheelchair friendly/ready) plus a zero entry shower and hardwoods continued into the bedroom as well (easier for walkers and/or wheelchairs).

@glenrunner1169

I like it Its beautiful

@SomeUniqueHandle

It has some nice components but there's tons of wasted space. Looking at the floor plan, I was really surprised how small and narrow it looked for 3700 sq ft.

@leeah2211

$800k and the builder didn’t paint the garage walls 😮?

@colleenblack6426

Nice video Tim. I'm a Realtor on Alabama's Gulf Coast. It's fun to see what builders around the country are doing!

@ReineObermier

800,000.00 is a bit steep but a beautiful home

@mcrchickenluvr

I would start with having a walkout basement. You can turn any room into a theater type of room. I’d rather have room for things to keep the kiddos off their phones so much. And the adults too. My great niece says she’d build a castle in a room.

@BreannaMae

My dream house would have a professional-grade recording studio in the basement, as well as a theater room and a wine cellar. My current house has a professional-grade recording studio, but it's all crammed into one room. In my dream house it would be spread across a couple of rooms, so I could have a proper set up.
