It'd be absolutely legendary if porshe releases a sequel commercial after 20 years
“I’ll see you in about 20 years” 4 years to go, we need a sequel with the kid buying a new Porsche!
Such a professional salesperson. He got rid of his prejudices and understood he had already sold the car. He only has to wait 20 years for the kid to come back with the money.
William: * Looks out the window * Everyone else in the class: "This is the absolute peak of comedy."
This video is 15 years old. That kid is probably about 30 now and that $100k 2005 911 Porsche is now about $29k used. They should do a follow up commercial.
When advertisements were worth watching and not just a hectic flood of information.
Only ad that's ever made me cry. Thank you, Porsche, nothing has ever came close to how I feel behind the wheel of a GT3.
I need a sequel to this ad in 2027 where the grown up kid finally buys it..
This commercial needed to end with a man walking through the door with the same longing look on his face and the older salesman asking, "can I help you?"
Me: trying to skip the ad Also me: WAIT
Porche should literally do an update with the same kid when he’s grown up and salesperson. It would be priceless.
When commercials actually had class, passion, and meaning.
People usually skip ads, yet we are here willingly watching a 3 minute long ad
Took 15 years in my case. I still can't believe I am able to say that. Childhood dream came true.
I remember the 2004 Porsche 911 was my fav car when I was kid....good old times
"Do you have the new 911?" "Yeah, its right over here." takes two steps
The commercial is from 9 years ago.... Only 11 years left for the kid to visit the showroom again and take his 911 home!
The fact that it's almost been 20 years since this commercial came out is mind blowing to me how fast time can pass by.
kid walks in dealership “do you have the new 911?” Guy says “yes, right over here...” LITERALLY WALKS LIKE A FOOT
