Is pain during drilling normal, like a shooting pain? As a kid I had to get a filling and the dentist kept having to inject me, a total of 3 times, and it still wasn't helping to dull the pain. This was 15 years ago but it's made me not want to go back - hopefully dental tech has moved on since then.
