I believe it was the American Heart Association that recommended that we eat less red meat. We did. We reduced red meat by 33%. Cardiovascular disease increased by 30%.
Just another reason I don't like being told what to do.

I’m a 56 year-old male and I started eating sardines about four weeks ago and three weeks into that my eyesight improved dramatically. I can see like a hawk now!

@Sharkenite

They are my first go to breakfast on an empty stomach. I feel instantly energized the moment I devour a can of sardines in the morning - unlike that of sugary coffee or energy drinks which they do hell but the come at a price for me personally because they give me chest pain at the expense of increasing my performance at work productivity, but the sardines alone is a amazing and natural alternative for an energy boost.
I like to eat 1 can in the morning and 1 can before bed, and I usually eat them with sauerkraut.
Another thing too, ever since I started eating them, my chest pains have went away and subsided, mainly because I stopped the coffee and energy drinks but even when I was having chest pain, whenever I ate sardines, my chest pain would lessen quicker as hours to minutes passed. I’m pretty sure my body is starving of nutrients..😅

Carnivore is a permanent excellent eating plan, not short time

@saxonsteve

Absolutely LOVE ❤️ SARDINES!!!

@richardmartinez4145

I also buy the larger sardines, frozen, at the supermarket. They're great grilled and are sometimes available fresh.

@websurfer1585

I've been eating them twice a week for decades, and at 59 i feel amazing, super fit and lean, look and feel much. much younger.

@giseladearmas9221

Thank you for sharing, Ortiz is one of the best sardines, from Spain. The CUCA brand is the best I’ve eaten, also from Spain, outstanding quality and the only used raw materials👍

@BeAHappyCamper2Day

Read comments on carnivore sites like Dr Anthony Chaffe ( neurologist) ,Dr Kenneth Berry ( Founded American Diabetes Society and is a doctor) , Dr Phil Ovadia cardiologist . Good LDL was 300 in 1970. People didn't hear of heart attacks. People are getting healthy and looking younger.

@sheririchardson7480

I love eating mackerel and adding them to salads in lieu of tuna!

@annamariayannetta242

Dr. Pompa I grew up with sardines, my whole life the Mediterranean diet, being of Italian 🇮🇹 family. I eat them for breakfast and beans, with the best oil, I also do it with pasta too.

@Joshg982

I really enjoy Sardines in Louisiana Hot Sauce. It makes them much more enjoyable in my opinion.

@Yoloka01

I had a serious pain at some point in my life around the down stomach. I realised it because of the foods i ate. A lot of seeds,sugar, and corn make my bile in a jelly form what cause the pain. So now i try to eat more balanced way. Avoiding prospered foods .

@Sha-sj4ek

@ghenderson2022

My plantar fasciitis lasted 6 months. The first morning step was excruciating. Switched to red meat and sardines for a week and “BANG” plantar fasciitis gone.
