Results 2: 14/08/23 After doing exercises, I went to take a shower and when I got out, I felt a strange sensation, it seemed that my belly was small. When I looked in the mirror, I was amazed! my belly was super flat without any fat; I was shocked! (Before I showered, my stomach was pretty thin, but I could still see a little fat.)
