i grew up skinny but got overweight during covid. its 5 years after covid and im way skinnier but im still "skinny fat" if that makes sense. i look good in clothes but i feel self conscious being at the beach. for the past month, ive been working out (steady cardio, hiit, and strength training), eating in a 500 calorie deficit, and making far healthier choices, such as the ingredients in my food and drinking more water. i really want to be fit by summer. i have a lot of muscle, especially on my arms and legs (im a guy, 16, 5'11"), but its not visible until i flex because i just have that fat still hiding it, especially around my abs. im a healthy weight/bmi but my body doesnt reflect that. ive already got the hard part done: i started (a month ago too, so ive managed to stick to it for a while). ive seen results already, but i think i need subs in order to reach my goal by mid-late may. im mainly going to be using this while i workout. im really excited and please comment so i remember to give you all updates (if you care)

I don't expect much I'll listen while sleeping until my charge runs out. It is 27rn. I've been fasting for 24 hours, I'll come back here in like 8-12 hours Update: So I've only listened like 10 times so wasn't expecting much. I'm not sure whether It's the effect of this but I got full sooo easily. I was fasting and so hungry but I only ate 1 bowl of soup and I'm literally full. I'll listen to this tonight too so see you tomorrow.
