I filled my DS-160 last year and mentioned tentative travel dates for Nov,2024. However, I could not get appointment for Visa interview then, and it is scheduled for next month now. Will this cause any problem since my tentative dates are changed now?

Hi, i am planning to go to the US and my perpose is to attend my nieces wedding in july.. My interview is in june..Should I have a return ticket?? I didn't purchase one fearing it will not be refunded if visa denied..

Apply for B1/B2 USA visa I received this mail "Due to a software update in February 2025,many applicants are unable to correct their DS-160 Barcode in the appointment system. Check your appointment documents: 1.The electronic visa application must be complete and submitted. 2.The barcode used to make appointment, and the barcode listed on the DS-160 must match." On my confirmation letter at the end of the second page there are two barcodes One barcodes number is of my DS160 AA match number But the second number is all numeric it's different Any solution?? I heard that if both numbers (likely referring to DS160 and UID ) are not the same, the interview won't be conducted. Is there any solution for this? And if I cancel my appointment and re-upload the DS-160 form to get the same barcode numbers, will I need to pay the fee again? Will I get the same appointment date or a new one?
