This seems like a great system. I wonder how you would look at it for someone who has multiple email accounts that they use and respond to? I don’t really want to set this system up within each email account. I use Apple Mail. The way I’ve done it based on your video, is to set it up just for one email account and then Apple Mail lets you drag and drop messages from one account into any other account, which is great. However, the catch is that you have to mind which ‘reply-to’ email address you’re using because it will default to the reply-to address of the mail account that you’ve dragged the message into.

Hi There, I am a Director for service company and receive up to 1K daily emails. I have a total of 8 different clients and 8 different higher management who are both highly demanding. would this model still work ?
