Sounds wrong for the elderly doctor to state the bullet came from the window, which window is he talking about? The corner window attributed to Oswald who wasn't seen in that window, certainly not by Howard Brennan who only saw Oswald's face on tv after he went home and before he went for the police lineup. Same with taxi driver Bill Scoggins who saw Oswald's face in the paper on Saturday morning at the cab company before he started his shift. When driving around he got a call

So you clearly see his head explode backed by photographic evidence and eyewitness testimony including secret service who were sworn to protect him, and the kill shot was the throat shot? Lol. Not saying he wouldn't have died from the neck shot if that was the only one, but the head shot was definitely fatal.
