@OneManLikeNoOneElse

I had terrible personal hygiene as a kid and lost a lot of teeth by the time I was eighteen! Your informative videos are changing my life! Thank you for priceless content!!!

@3rdeyelife234

I was never taught proper dental hygiene when I was younger. I was barely even taken to the dentist for the first 20 yrs of life. Due to my declining dental health in recent years I am on a mission to repair what I allowed to happen to my teeth as well as other Health concerns.
Thank you for your content it was very informative.
Be well.

Thanks Dr. I’m 55 and have lost numerous teeth on a gradual basis. I’ll give it a go!

@purerachet7715

Just went to the dentist a few hours ago and he was very impressed, as he has been for many years. I rarely eat starches or sweets, so that explains it.

@andromedas3742

Hello Dr. Is it possible to regrow teeth and how safe it is?

@boncoon

You are saint. May God bless and protect you and yours. May His grace be with you always.

@mikailahjensen1983

bentonite clay, and if teeth enamel is bad, then calcium bentonite clay. Brush teeth with it can mix it with toothpaste and helps restore gums. Removing all starches and sugars helps too but not in every situation. My daughter unfortunately got her dads genes which her teeth no matter what we did still continued to go bad.

@An_Equal

Got most of my cavities in my mid 20s, despite brushing twice a day. I knew it was the sugar, but I was very upset how often I had them.

@nathanielamiriam5148

Very edifying and insightful, thank you.

@mkg1422

Thank you so much Dr.Berg for this wonderful information. What you said about sugars is very true .my grandma is 97 and she has very healthy teeth even at this age.(my great grandma who passed away at 103 had all teeth in good condition)
I have weird problem , I use Dabur Red paste which has clove oil and other ayurvedic ingredients if I ever switch to any other toothpaste my teeth sensitivity comes back ...

@yarekim5932

US Started using Corn Sirup back in the 70s I think. Worse than sugar.

@CKii-y7b

I have always had cavities due to consuming a lot of sugar throughout my life. When I switched to all natural toothpastes, wirhout sls, sles, flurodie etc etc. I never got any mew cavities again, despite not even brushing everyday. Fluoride destroys everything in your mouth

@janetwolfbrook4412

Dr. Berg: this video made me realize that sealants may not be a good thing for teeth.
What are your thoughts on this?

@roberttruth2717

Too late.,I have 5 teeth left.

@ravindranvenkataraman1965

Eye opening video lecture
Thanks again

@graceg3250

You can also get cavities from being injured, from hormonal increases (like during pregnancy), low mineral count, low vitamin D, rough/cooked teeth (which are hard to clean), having a dry mouth from medication. drug use, grinding your teeth (use a mouthguard), and frequent acidic foods (not just sugar/carbs, but ACV, lemon juice, etc.). Also, you wear away your enamel if you bush your teeth within a 30 minute window of eating (the pours in your teeth are opened from brushing, which allows the acid from eating to get in easier). It doesn't just have to do with your diet and hygiene.

@JasonRostro

Thank so much for this I always only think of sugar as the cause and nothing more but you showed what else can cause it and how to prevent it.

@prayingmantis69

Great one
God bless
